• Live betting may experience delays — hba999 is not responsible for missed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Maximum winning limits are set per event and will be displayed at the time of placing a bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hba999. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fix matches or influence the outcome of any event.
• Using arbitrage betting or bonus hunting strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the hba999 system.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Harassing customer service staff or other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Hba999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. However, where there is no valid cause, the member's deposited funds will be returned.

• Any breach of the Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account termination.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be suspended.
• You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• After an account is closed, you may apply for a refund of any valid remaining balance.
• Attempting to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability
